Sustainability Fair

The Sustainability Fair on April 13th was enjoyed by all, offering attendees from Cleveland Park and beyond the opportunity to talk with representatives from a wide array of organizations (see below) about various ways to pursue sustainability. Topics ran from energy efficiency and solar power, to planting trees and installing rain gardens to reduce run-off; from planting vegetable patches and pollinator and native gardens to composting meat, vegetables and paper goods; and from supporting local businesses at the DC state fair to putting worn-out clothing to good use as insulation and in new textiles, and more!
