Two documents in advance of the meeting are a year-in-review noting some CPCA activities for this fiscal year, and a resolution adopted by the Board proposing to change the association’s name from the Cleveland Park Citizens Association to the Cleveland Park Community Association.

In addition to association business, we will be having a great speaker, Richard Lake, a founding Principal of Roadside Development, the developers of the new City Ridge community on Wisconsin Avenue. He’ll be telling us about what to expect at City Ridge.
