November 21st Meeting: Proposed Changes for Cleveland Park and Ward 3 under DC’s Comprehensive Plan

Revisions proposed by DC’s Office of Planning call for increased development in Ward 3, including to permit greater commercial and residential density along Cleveland Park’s Connecticut Avenue business corridor, and for further consideration of additional development along Wisconsin Avenue from Friendship Heights down to and within Cleveland Park. See the proposed “land use” and “generalized policy” maps: https://plandc.dc.gov/publication/proposed-future-land-use-and-generalized-policy-maps.

Come hear the Director of the DC Office of Planning, Andrew Trueblood, explain the proposals and then share your questions and thoughts with Council Member Mary Cheh and the CPCA board.

Meeting will start promptly at 6:15 at the Cleveland Park Library on Thursday, November 21st, with remarks by Director Trueblood beginning at 6:30.
