Prior to the open forum, participants will hear from Phil Thomas, President of the DC Federation of Citizens Associations, about pending issues of citywide concern and meet Briget Heidmous of Femme Fatale DC, who will talk about their experiences and expectations as newcomers to the CP neighborhood.
