CPCA is pleased to have played a significant role in the creation and June 3 launch of the Cleveland Park Farmer’s Market. Now every Saturday morning the west side of Connecticut Avenue, between Byblos Deli and Transcendence-Perfection-Bliss Of The Beyond, bustles with activity. Adults, children, and dogs are all part of the happy scene.

Come visit this community event every Saturday year round from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Enjoy the new activities and offerings from the carefully curetted vendors. Meet your neighbors and celebrate Cleveland Park!

Starting with six vendors, the market has quickly grown to capacity and now offers fresh produce, hot Belgian waffles made onsite, fresh eggs, pickled vegetables, sausage and charcuterie, spectacular fresh blooms, aged beef and lamb alongside salmon direct from fishermen in Alaska.

CPCA worked closely with the Cleveland Park Business Association for many years to bring this vision into reality. Local retailers and non-profit organizations are encouraged to participate. And of course our local retailers are open for business during the market!

Many thanks to the many local businesses and property owners for providing the much needed free parking for our vendor vehicles

CT Ave. Farmers Market to Launch in June

A Dream Come True: CT Ave Famers Market to Launch in June

Several years ago it was just a dream. Then a Hope. Now it is a reality

CPCA’s Susie Taylor incubated the idea, inspired by the vibrant farmers market in the Palisades. CPCA then partnered with the Cleveland Park Business Association which has taken the lead in making the market a reality. Now the necessary city permits have been received and the market is ready to launch. Target opening date is June 3.

The market will operate every Saturday morning from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM on the west side of Connecticut Avenue between Newark Street and the Uptown Theater.
